The Greek community is a vital part of the Berkeley campus community. It is essential that the depth of the Greek community is represented and voiced in the ASUC. I strive to create a strong relationship between the ASUC and the Greek community to make sure that the Greek community’s needs are not ignored by the ASUC.

Space For Student Organizations

Student organizations at Berkeley promote social awareness and understanding within the community. It is crucial that all student groups have access to space and funding. I will work to free up ASUC space for student use, while supporting the Multicultural Center to ensure space for future student groups.

Corporate Social Responsibility

Because of Berkeley’s prominence in the global community, it is essential that our student government uphold the values we wish to promote worldwide. The ASUC works with various companies, including those in Bear’s Lair. I will fight to make sure that companies aligned with the ASUC are true practitioners of corporate social responsibilities, and that our working relationships with them reflect our values.
